Sarkodie nominated for BET Hip Hop Awards

2019 VGMA Artiste of the Decade Sarkodie will gun for the Best International Flow Award at the 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards next month following his nomination on Thursday.

The category has just been introduced with Sarkodie becoming the first Ghanaian artiste to be nominated.

It will also highlight artistes from different countries such as Nigeria, UK, France, South Africa and Canada.

The Awards return to Atlanta’s Cobb Energy Centre on October 5, 2019 after two years in Miami.

Ghana’s Sarkodie will battle Falz (Nigeria), Ghetts (UK), Kalash (France), Lil Simz (UK), Nasty C (South Africa) and Tory Lanez (Canada) for the accolade.

The event will be telecast live across the continent midnight of Tuesday, October 8.
