Coalition for National Sovereignty has said President Nana Akufo-Addo himself into commander-in-chief of clearing-Agent instead of commander-in-chief Ghana Armed Forces.
According to the coalition, when the corrupt officials assume office to steal and steal more intelligently they then offered promotion by the president.
At a press conference in Kumasi, Peter Boamah Otukonor a member of the coalition, who also doubles as the deputy general secretary of NDC says, if indeed president Akufo-Addo is committed in fighting corruption, the president should have been prosecuting at least 53 corrupt officials in his government.
Otukonor indicated that Nana Addo has made it a phenomenon to clear all the corrupt issues under his administration.
Speaking under the mercy of sun at Kumasi Kejetia, he noted, PPA Boss donkomi contract for sale scandal to be cleared by the president very soon.
The coalition also says National Youth Authority Ghc 4.5m street light repairs training program will be cleared by the president.
Talking about the “PDS/ECG family and friends scandal, 30 days period for investigation is passed -soon to be cleared ” they said.
“Ministry of Trade/Akufo-Addo – US$100,000 cssh-for-seat saga cleared. US$178m dubious Ken Ofori Atta/Ursula/Kelni GVG/@NCA scandal cleared. Australia Commonwealth Games/Pius Hadzide scandal cleared. Ghana Maritime Authority Boss Aircondition scandal cleared and promoted. MASLOC car importation scandal cleared are some of the few scandals hit the government and have been cleared by the president Akufo-Addo” they added

The coalition for national sovereignty at the press confab on Wednesday 4th September, 2019 the event of corruption under Akufo-Addo led government as democratization of thievery and the institutionalization of corruption.
“Instead of delivering on promises of better life for the people of this country, this government is busily delivering on One Day, One Fraud (1D1F) and One Day, One Scandal (1D1S)” they alleged.
The coalition which consists of the NDC, PNC, CPP, PPP and other political parties indicated their readiness to stage a demonstration in Kumasi in this month dubbed ‘Y’Abre’ demonstration urging all to take part and president Akufo-Addo that the people of Kumasi are not happy with his government.
