NPP Delegates Are Hungry, Can’t Campaign With Empty Stomach- Kwadaso MP Fires

The Member of Parliament for Kwadaso Constituency in Ashanti Region, Hon. S.K Nuamah has revealed that the party members are hungry and they cannot go out to campaign for the party.

“We have done so much for this country under the leadership of H.E Nana Addo within three years, but the delegates are hungry and cannot go out there to propagate the good works of this party” he said

Dr. Nuamah speaking at the Annual Delegate Conference at the Kwadaso Methodist Retreat Center chastised the party leadership from the region to the constituency for not attending to the needs of the polling station executives.

“This government brings money to the constituency every month and I have asked the executives to give you the money to chop because you have suffered enough and this year too is an election year” h fumes

According to him, Polling station officers in the Kwadaso Constituency are starving whiles party hierarchy in the Constituency enjoys with their cronies.

He stressed that some find programs and policies this government is implementing like free SHS, 1D1F, Planting for food and jobs, and others are beneficial to every Ghanaians not only NPP members, so members suppose to be benefited from their labour they toiled prior to the 2016 elections.

“What are the booties for the NPP members like polling station executives, its nil” he stressed

He also expressed shock about the failure to distribute the MASLOC funds to the women in his constituency fairly.

He said, the Ashanti Regional Executives of the ruling New Patriotic Party NPP have failed to live up to the expectation of its grass root members and rubbished their message of hope delivered to the party members.

Dr. Nuamah alluded to the fact that his party has failed the grass root supporters schooling on the slogan at Kwadaso constituency, saying “4 more for Nana, 4 more for Nuamah but not 4 more to do more”

He therefore called on Kwadaso Constituency Executives to make party funds available for the polling agents as a form of appreciation.
